Recipe Books

You don’t have to be a world famous chef to enjoy time in the kitchen. In fact, cooking and baking have become increasingly popular during the Coronavirus pandemic. Restaurants have closed and many people have found themselves at home looking for new ways to stay entertained. But even prior to the pandemic, cooking has been a time honoured way of holding on to tradition and making memories. Food is at the center of many of our celebrations and festivals.

I have created blank recipe books that you can use to jot down your kitchen creations. If you’ve been thinking about preserving your family’s recipes or just documenting your creations, give these a try! Your twist on classic cocktails and easy family meals deserve to be written and shared, so get to it!

Gratitude Journals

It is often said that we should be thankful for what we have .. that we should cultivate an attitude of gratitude. But did you know there is science to gratitude? Did you know that the impact of practicing gratitude has been documented to improve people’s lives?

I too was among the sceptics. But it is undeniable that taking time to appreciate the good things you have going on in your life can lift your spirits. Have a look at these gratitude journals if you are looking to start documenting and being mindful of all the things you appreciate.

Tea Recipe Journals

Tea is one of the most widely consumed beverages in the world. Many varieties are commercially available. However, people have long used the botanicals available to them to create their own tea blends. Knowledge of plants and their medicinal properties have been passed down from generation to generation, and has been used in place of or compliment pharmaceutical treatments.

While I make no recommendations on how to use or prepare teas and tea blends, if you have gotten into creating your own blends, you can look in to using one of the tea journals below to make note of your creations.
